With over 16 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, Quinton Nelmes is the founder and driving force behind QJ Nelmes Construction Limited. Based in North Canterbury, Quinton began his journey with a reputable local company where he completed his apprenticeship, laying a solid foundation for a career built on quality craftsmanship and leadership.
Before launching QJ Nelmes Construction, Quinton spent 8 years as a site manager for a large construction company, honing his skills in project oversight, team coordination, and client relations. He is trade qualified, a licensed building practitioner, and a certified supervisor—bringing a wealth of expertise and professionalism to every project.
As the founder, Quinton is actively involved in the day-to-day operations, from running job sites to meeting directly with clients. His mission is to deliver exceptional workmanship and a seamless building experience, tailored to each client’s vision.
